------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Fri Jun 6 12:12:22 +0000 2008 ------- Once OpenOffice (Aqua) 3.0.0 Beta crashes on Mac OS X Leopard (Intel), the document recovery window pops up and no matter whether I choose to recover or cancel recovery of the document, OO crashes rendering it unusable. I feel that this is because the distribution of OpenOffice (Aqua) 3.0.0 Beta is missing the Recovery.xcu file. See for example http://www.8daysaweek.co.uk/forums/viewtopic.php?=&p=1671 As a workaround, I copied the Recovery.xcu file from a windows installation: C:\documents and settings\[yourusername]\application data\OpenOffice.org2\user\registry\data\org\openoffice\Office\Recovery.xcu and then went to Finder on the Mac, double clicked applications, right clicked OpenOffice.org and clicked "Show Package Contents" Navigate to Contents/Share/Registry/data/org/openoffice/Office and paste Recovery.xcu This seemed to work for me. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
