If Notes text is edited in an RTL environment, the cursor position - and
sometimes the text position - may be wrong.

Steps to reproduce:
0. Switch to RTL mode and use western language
1. Create a new document and insert a note
2. Start writing text inside the note

Expected Result: The text is aligned left, the cursor is at the current text
editing position.
Current Result: The text is aligned left, the cursor starts at the right side of
the Note and moves left when more text is inserted (and fills the line towards
the right side). Please refer to the attached screenshot; the black line in the
Note represents the cursor.

Found in build "Win-XP2-374-notes5-install_sets".
