You are kidding, right?
How is this "fixed" from CollabNet's side? The system is broken if it doesn't
have measures against a (probably even unintended) dos "attack" like using the
xml-export functionality.
Even if you (CollabNet) don't see need for immediate action and say st is
responsible, then don't close the issue, but reassign the issue to him.
→reopen issue.
