A multi-line table header won't appear the same in Microsoft Word 2000 and in
OpenOffice Writer 2.4.0.

How to reproduce it:
- Open Microsoft Word 2000.
- Create a new Document.
- Insert a table with enough rows so that it is spreading on several pages.
- Add some text into the cells of the first row of the table.
- Select the first row of the table.
- Open the "Table" menu, then click the "Table properties..." menu item.
- Select the "Line" tab.
- Check the "Repeat as header row at the top of each page".
- Click OK.
- Then select one of the cell of the first row.
- Open the "Table" menu, then click the "Split cells..." menu item.
- Set one column and two rows.
- Click OK.
- Check that the header is the same on each page.
- Then type some text in the cells of the second row (the first row which is not
part of the header).
- Save the document.
- Close Microsoft Word.
- Open the document with OpenOffice Writer 2.4.0.
- Verify that the table header is repeated on each page. (That's fine)
- Verify that the second row of the table on the first page (the one which is
not part of the header) is repeated as well on each page.

I reproduced the problem with Microsoft Word 2000 and OpenOffice Writer 2.0 on
Windows XP SP2, but I think it may be reproduced on other platform and other
versions of word processors.
