Sorry, i was unable to identify if this problem is solved/submitted already
(have searched).
I use OOwriter 2.4.0 from Debian SID (Debian Version: 1:2.4.0-5) and have a
problem with the table of contents.
If the checkbox "vor manuellen Änderungen schützen" ('protect from manual
changes', don't know if this translation is the original english one) is
checked, this propagates to the entire document wich turns the document into a
defacto read-only state.
Unchecking that box, saving, closing and reopening the document makes the
document writable again, but of course the TOC are writable too.
