I always ask WTF again the jre was not updated.
IMHO the current rule is to include the JRE available at ui freeze time. code
freeze time when security issues are fixed.
But I am NOT responsible for tracking this.
BTW - the real issue is not that we bundle an old version, but that the JRE
installer doesn't recognize when a newer version exist.
