2008 -------
Input like "=10%" or "=A1*10%" is now parsed as "=0.1" or "=A1*0.1". A separate
percent operator exists, and parsing the formulas used to insert it (in OOo
2.4), so the "%" was preserved.

The formula's result is still the same, so it's less important.
