In both I was able to find the icon for the crop tool and utilize it. I find that the implementation of the crop tool in the 3.0 Beta version to be a significant improvement upon its predecessor (thus certainly improved from 1.1 when this was reported). I feel that the user can now find the “Crop Picture…” option in all of the logical places (See tested scenarios). After concluding my tests, it is my recommendation that this issue be closed. I have attached a document featuring details and steps for the scenarios that I tested for. Scenario 1: What icons are in the toolbars at the top? Scenario 2: What if the toolbar did not appear by default? Scenario 3: Does the “Position and Size” menu offer cropping?
