SUMMARY: Add a second notes page to each slide. This would allow one set of
slide notes to be used for instructor information, and the second set for
student information. Add an option to the print dialog to "Print with
Instructor Notes" or "Print with Student Notes"

JUSTIFICATION: Presentation software has become the standard for virtually all
forms of training, from corporate programs to university courses. Frequently,
instructors will provide a copy of the slides to the students as the course
"book".

Since OpenOffice only has one notes page per slide, this forces the content
creator to choose whether to use that space for the benefit of the students (to
clarify slide concepts) or other instructors (who may be asked to teach future
courses). Instructor notes are particularly necessary when the content includes
complex exercises and when a wide range of instructors are responsible for
delivering the material.

If a second notes page were added to each slide (perhaps by splitting the notes
view) then the content creator could provide notes for BOTH instructors AND
students on each slide.

FEATURE SOURCE: This feature was requested by a senior corporate trainer for
Medtronic, Inc. who is responsible for both content creation and student
training.
