Fixed in CWs jl103.
JL->FST: This fix breaks backward compatibility. That is, the signatures cannot
be validated in older office versions. This is no problem because of earlier
changes regarding ODF 1.2, the compatibility was already broken.
However, we must ensure to get this into 3.0. Otherwise we would soon break
compatibility again.
