In your document, under Tools - Outline Numbering:
- Level 1-2 have no style applied (should be Heading 1 and 2)
- Level 3-4 have "Contents" style applied (should be Heading 3 and 4)
So, the defined LS/LE are applied zo "no styles" or styles which are not in the
documents (Contents).
-> Re build the mapping "Level X" -> "Heading X" under Tools - Outline
Numbering.
