Sounds like you had selected entire rows when you pasted the data. Clipboard is
pasted onto the selected range and replicated if the source range is smaller
than the destination range, that is intended behavior. I'm closing this issue,
feel free to reopen if my assumption about the selection was not correct and the
clipboard content is replicated without a range being selected.
