------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Thu Mar 24 01:31:24 -0800 2005 ------- Each time you open a document with User-Defined index entries outline levels of those entries are increased by one. If you open and save the document many times, the outline level of an index entry becomes eventually 10. When trying to open a document that has an index entry with outline level 10, the opening of the document fails because OO tries to increase the outline level 11. This is very serious because it leads to corrupted documents Table of contents index entries change only from outline-level "10" to "1". Steps to produce the error: Create a new text document. Insert a new User-Defined index entry "test" with outline level "8" in the beginning of the document. Now save the document, close it and open it again. Now the level of the index entry is "9". If you save the document and open it again the outline level of the index entry is "10". If save the document once more and try to open, it fails because outline level cannot be "11".
