ab->mt: As discussed with mba back to you...

I've done some investigation on this problem. It's difficult to reproduce
as I did not manage to do an installation showing this problem. Not even
on warpmahler, the same machine, tbo has used to verify this task.

So I could only use an installation done by tbo on another machine using
his user id. tbo created a VNC access to this machine and agreed to keep
it until your're back. I'll send you more details per mail.

In general the problem seems to be related to the Mozilla bootstrap ser-
vice. In tbo's installation it's not able to find a Mozilla profile, although
Mozilla itself can be started from the command line without any problems.
So finally in DocumentDigitalSignatures::manageTrustedSources()
bInit becomes false and the dialog is not opened. Besides the fact that
Mozilla should be found, I think it's also a bug that no error message is
shown if it cannot be found.
