The situation is a bit more complicated than just "no text is read": after
starting a fresh Office text in both the normal edit view as well as in the
outline view is read when the cursor travels over the characters or when
characters are deleted.  Typing new characters does not make Orca read anything.
 The notes view is ignored completely like there is not accessibility support at
all.

Switching between the views seems to break the accessibility support: at some
point no text and no shape selection is read.

Have to investigate further to find the cause for this strange behavior.
