Don't panic ;-)
It's a deadlock caused by an assertion => hits non-product version only
If you want to work with an non-product version you have to disable assertions.
BTW: if you open the export dialog from an Impress, all works fine and
afterwards you're able to open the dialog from Writer/Calc as well?!
