I've found some bug with OOo equations when exported my document in pdf-format. You can view this bug by link http://disk.tom.ru/1fpghsf/1/23171/defects.tar.bz2 (I can send you this archive to email). In archive there is sample document and 3 pdf files. I've just export sample document three times but there are different defects every time. I haven't change anything between exporting each of file.
