Can confirm this with OOo 2.4.0 and OOo-dev3.0-m19 on Win2k SP4.
However, when using:
= {TRANSPOSE() }
everything works as expected.
Only the COPY - > PASTE SPECIAL -> TRANSPOSE is affected.
