Pavel, could you be a bit more specific? Does the test for the old .Net2003
compiler fail? I can't no longer verify it here with reasonable effort.

I would also like to propose the degradation of the .Net2003 compiler on DEV300
to a still supported but deprecated compiler, meaning that issues arising from
it are no longer P1. We won't be able to support it forever, though. Please see

Reassigning the issue back to pjanik: Pavel, seemingly you are the only one
still using .Net2003 (what about Volker and Thor?), could you please provide a
workable patch which special cases the broken case and not the correct case? I'm
open for all solutions including "using namespace std::" but if there is a less
dirty solution I would definitely prefer it.
