Since the colon ':' is supported as range operator, see
http://sc.openoffice.org/servlets/ReadMsg?list=features&msgNo=258
the undocumented feature of accepting this kind of time input is not available
anymore. In future, an expression such as =11:15 may even refer to "entire rows
11 to 15". Use the TIME() function instead.
