found fixed on cws fwk90 using Linux and Windows build. By checking this Issue
we found out that a dependency against a Microsoft C Runtime DLL is present.
This is not caused by this Issue and it's fix and therefore handled on another
Childworkspace. So testing this on an Windows machine without MS Visual Studio
2008 does not call the repair dialog and therefore the fix can't be tested.
The other Issue with the dependency solving is Issue 91047 .
