More than one cases in one issue is invalid!
- The first issue occurred by installed external extension -> Meanwhile fixed.
- The second issue is also fixed
- The help issue shows me, that the OpenOffice is an ubuntu distribution which
we do not support.
And this makes this issue invalid again.
