2008 -------
PowerPC builds continue to be created and uploaded for users on the ooopackages
site. The latest
build, DEV300_m21, is available at:
ftp://ooopackages.good-
day.net/pub/OpenOffice.org/MacOSX/Dev_DEV300_m21/OOo_Dev_DEV300_m21_MacOSXPowerPC_inst
all.dmg
If PowerPC builds pass QA, they will be released for OpenOffice.org 3.0. But
that depends on
community contribution. If we don't have enough testers to check the build, we
can't releease it.
Please consider volunteering to test the PPC build: ask about it on the
mac-porting list.
The best way to correct negative rumours is to publicize good news. :)
