2008 -------
The test in testtools (runtests.exe) also runs on Vista 64 provided it is build
with the x86 platform flags. The assemblies need not be changed.
To do:
Build runtests with the /platform:x86
While we are at it fix the build problem in unoil for cli_oootypes.dll. When the
versions are changed than the assembly should be build again. This is a pure
build problem.
