------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Thu Mar 24 06:25:19 -0800 2005 ------- As an addendum, and to respond to some of the other comments I've read: I seem to recall a couple other low-budget shareware programs that don't respond to touchpad scrolling (can't think of any by name right now), but it works fine with Firefox. I should qualify that: it works fine now that I reinstalled v7.8.10, when I upgraded to the newest touchpad driver the scrolling worked incorrectly with Firefox. To be specific, you could tell it was trying to scroll, but the screen was not going anywhere - this is different from the reaction I was getting on OOo, which did not give any indication that it was trying to scroll. It looks like two different problems, but after downgrading it seemed to fix the Firefox problem (and all I seemed to lose was a cursor icon, which I'm ok with).
