not reproducible, so very likely to be a bug in the printer driver, workaround
exists (PDF export, then print the pdf), thus closing worksforme.
In case your printer is attached as a network printer (i mean the logical way
the printer is addressed, not how it is physically attached), you might try to
map the printer to a local printer port like lpt2 (net use lpt2:
\\server\printer /persistent:yes)
Or in case the driver offers both PCL and Postscript modes, switching the mode
also could help.
