2 things:
- The screenshot you attached shows a native KDE Open dialog, used by default.
It's a KDE string you have there! Switch to "Tools - Options - OpenOffice.org -
General - Use OpenOffice.org dialogs" and you'll see there "File name".
- When attaching screenshots, please attach images (png, jpg, gif...) format. It
opens faster! :)
