------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Mon Jun 30 13:55:17 +0000 2008 ------- Hi, I just installed DEV300_m21 and I still get the message: Error saving the document nameofdocument by authorofdocument: Error creating object. Could not create backup copy. I am running this on an Apple Mac Pro (2 x 2.66 Ghz Dual-core Intel Xeon processors. OS is 10.5.3 I did some more testing, and I think the issue has to do with saving to the network server because when I save to my local machine I don't get the error. Another "odditity" that I noticed is that the first time I save a document on the server, I get the error, but the error message does not contain the file name of the file. But, a zero byte file is written out to the server. If I try saving the file again, I get a message that the filename already exits and do I want to replace it. If I click Replace, the file is saved, and I don't get an error. I tried closing the file, and then reopening it, and it comes up fine. But after I modify the file and try to save, I get the error message again. Then, when I hit save again, it saves fine. Weird, huh? By the way, the application seems to run a bit slower then it used to. When I start typing, it doesn't seem to come up on the screen as fast as it used to. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
