------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Tue Jul 1 11:31:27 +0000 2008 ------- After saving a document as Microsoft Word 97/2000/XP (.doc) the outline numbering of headers will be changed in the following situation: 1. Create a new text document 2. Add three headings with the default headings "Heading 1", "Heading 2", "Heading 3". In this example I call the headers "one" "two" and "three". 3. Open "tools" "outline numbering" 4. Select Level 2 (leave level 1 to defaults) 5. Set Number 1,2,3... 5. Add one space in Separator - After. 6. Select Level 3 7. Set Number 1,2,3... 7. Set Show sublevels to 2 8. Add one space in Separator - After. Now the document will look correctly like: one 1 two 1.1 three Save document as Microsoft Word 97/2000/XP (.doc). Reload. Now the doucment will look like: one 1two .1.1 three As you can see it added one separator with a space "before" the number in heading2 and removed the one in "after". It also added a "." (point) in heading3 before the number (but kept the space in "after" here). Can be reproduced now every time by fixing - saving - reloading - broken. A similar issue was described in 10841, but very old and closed since years. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
