makes me think there are no details expected, i.e. OldValue and NewValue of the
UNO AccessibilityEvent can stay empty.
As the UNO <-> ATK bridge already implements that mapping, the IDL can as well
be changed when moving from VISIBLE_DATA_CHANGED to TEXT_ATTRIBUTE_CHANGED in
writer.
