thanks for the document, this makes the problem clear.
Confirming, grabbing.
Targeting. IMO, this would deserve 3.0, but we're too near to code freeze right
now. I will try to argue this is a show stopper for 3.0, and then fix it, but
only after my next week's vacation :-\
