the first splash-screen with registration etc will not come up.
a guess: You need to find out, whether this is related to the setup-procedure
and if setup is callling java, which is not available at that point for OO.o:
JRE-updated and online-update and explorer-extentions etc are not installed
(By the way: being force to install that for a dev-build is - ehem - no good
idea)
