Following instructions in 'Creating a Page Style Based on the Current Page' of
the online manual I created a new style (modified header and footer), set the
style to all pages of the document and clicked the save Icon. swriter crashed.
Restart deleted all the changes in the header and footer even though I saved
before starting applying the changes to the rest of the document ('Creating a
Page Style Based on the Current Page'). If I create a new style, save, quit and
restart swriter the new style does not show in the list of available styles.
