Using my account, which has administration rights, I tried the suggested
instructions on the last upgrade and wound up with:

C:\Documents and Settings\Rod\All Users

I was expecting it to be installed under ‘C:\Documents and Settings\All Users’
which is normal with other programs when they ask if you wish to install for
only the current user or for all users of the system/computer.

There should be no problem with all users of a home computer agreeing to the
license. Only individual user settings would need to be in the individual user
profiles.
