------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Fri Jul 4 06:25:50 +0000 2008 ------- I do not know if any other application has this feature. I only know that Works didn’t and I really found it annoying. I would like the data format in a cell automatically be converted if the data is different from the current format of the cell. That is if I have the entire table set up as text and I copy from another spreadsheet which contains a column of numeric data, the format of the corresponding column of the table should be changed to numeric. Either that or a way to easily remove the apostrophes from the cells of the column after it has been reformatted to numeric.
