The Works data base is a form of spreadsheet, eh? Well, I guess that would explain a lot. Still, you would think someone could come up with an easier solution. Basically: Copy the data from the spreadsheet or table. Paste the data to the data base table which has the fields already defined. Information is put in its proper place in the data base table, sans formating.
