Update: Under OpenOffice 2.3 (Ubuntu 7.10) with each 'click' of the mouse wheel
the Writer document moves up/down by approximately 3 lines. I think this is
fine. that is, one's place in the document is not easily lost. Suggest this
issue be closed.
