The problem are too long paths (255 chars). This breaks the configuration, which
causes the ucb to malfunction, which makes unopkg fail.
Workaround: using environment variables:
LOCALINSTALLDIR
LOCALUNPACKDIR
for example
set LOCALINSTALLDIR=c:\a
LOCALUNPACKDIR=c:\b
