2008 -------
When I use the toolbar adjust feature to add some extra buttons the icons for
those user added buttons are too small. Whereas the standard toolbar icons are
in 32x32 I guess ("big") the icons for the added buttons seem to be 22x22.
In the attached screenshot it's the export-to-pdf button with which I replaced
the standard direct export button.
