(James Stimers March 25, 2005)

1. Create a new Document.
2. Choose "Format" -> "Character", then choose the "Hyperlink" tab.
3. Enter a string of 65535 characters into the "URL" field.
4. Enter a short string for in the "Text" field ("testing" in this case).
5. Press "OK".

The text "testing" appears in the document, but there is no hyperlink present.

Also, the Help Bulb appeared afterwords, but the help page it was supposed to
find was not found. The HelpID 10296 was given.
