The datasource selector selects a shortcut as new database instead of following
the shortcut to the specified folder.

How to reproduce : Under Windows, create a shortcut on your desktop, pointing to
a directory containing an ods file (copy the folder, then "paste as shortcut" on
your desktop). Then, in Writer, choose "Edit -> Change database...", just like
you would do to select an ods file for a mailing. Click the "browse" button
(name may vary, my OOo is in french) to select a file, navigate to your desktop
and double-click on the shortcut you created. The browsing window will close and
you'll see a new database "shortcut to XXX" with no datas in it.

This is obviously a bug, since Writer should follow the shortcut to the
specified folder, instead of selecting the shortcut.

This behavior has been observed with OOo 2.3.1 and 2.4 under Windows XP, but I
suspect it will behave like this with every windows and every OOo since 2.0.
