As I understood Frank Peters the change to the help would affect the
translation, and since the help entry is only a minor problem it is no
showstopper.
It is currently planned to adjust the plugin to let it work on the Mac platform
as well for OOo3.1 target ( please see issue 91296 ). So it will not be
necessary to adjust the help for OOo3.1 probably.
