Changed OS to All since I can reproduce it with the same results on Ubuntu Linux
8.04, CentOS Linux 5.2, and Windows XP.
(I must have forgot to pass the -env:UserInstallation option when I tested it on
the other platforms before, so it seemed to work only because it was using the
default installation where I already accepted the license. I also made a typo
in the first two examples, the command line switch should be '-env' not '-evn'.)
