Thank you to whomever takes the time to review this.

I am an end-user, new to OSS; I am attempting to make the switch to OOo for my
workplace tasks. So please forgive me if I get the lingo/syntax wrong here.

When using OOo Writer 2.4.x //and// when using OOo Writer 3.0 Betas, the
optional toolbar button "Insert Label" (which also has no built-in icon) opens
the new label dialog; this is apparently exactly the same as when clicking on
"File --> New --> Label", but when you click on "New Document" within that
dialog, nothing happens.

I have reproduced this in both versions 2.4 and also the 3.0 Beta, on my Windows
XP Professional platform machine (as well as my Ubuntu Hardy machine at home).

Again, thank you for your time, and attention.
