The last patch (against m89) removes even more cruft. It also allows to remove:
solenv/inc/startup/config.mk
solenv/inc/startup/wnt/recipes.mk
solenv/inc/startup/wnt/borland/*
solenv/inc/startup/wnt/microsft/*
I tested it successfully on W32-tcsh, but I'd like to check it with more
architectures before committing it.
vq->pjanik: Can you please test it and eventually commit it to one of
your CWSs. You have propably the best OS coverage.
