Using OOODev-m23 when I use a link to a relative local html file in a slide show
presentation, I just get the message:
This action cannot be run in live mode

This happens in both Linux from ooo.org and on mac os x (slightly older
version).

Steps to reproduce:
1. Place a html file name named test.html in a dir.
2. Create a new impress presentation, saving in the same dir as the file as 1.
3. Link to the file in 1. on one of the slides.
4. Start the presentation and click the link to get the above error message,
instead of the default web browser being opened with the html file.

You also need to check that local relative link to local documents imported from
ms powerpoint will work too.
