------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Mon Jul 14 19:30:32 +0000 2008 ------- Platform: PC Pentium 4 CPU 3.20Ghz - 1.00Gb of RAM (manufacturer Novatech - Foxconn BIOS) Have downgraded to WinXP SP2 (English), removed all jre and OOo. Performed disk cleanup and defrag, installed OOo v2.4.1 and allowed it to install jre 6 update 4. jre is still not recognised but everything else seems OK (so far). Added jre 6 update 7 but OOo does not recognise either version.
