MRU->FME: the "keep" attribute is heavily used in this document and this seem to
cause that the formatting of this documents adds many obsolete page breaks.
Also, it needs very much time to format this document - when opening it and also
when making changes in the paragraph formatting.
MRU->nicolatiana: as a workaround, you could remove the protection from the
document (in Format.Sections dialog) and the remove the "Keep with next"
attribute (in "Format.Paragraph.Text flow" dialog) from all the paragraphs.
