2008 -------
Just reinstalled OpenOffice 2.40 on the same machine as I originally had this
issue with - Dual 2GHz PPC G5 with 2.5 GB of RAM now running 10.4.11
OO launches fine initially, but there is still an issue with the Base Table
Wizard not functioning - the window opens but I cannot interact with it. After
closing (actually force quitting both OO and X11) OO will not relaunch -
checking Activity Monitor see soffice.bin running 16+ threads eating up 96% of
the cpu. I guess I couldn't call this issue resolved - at least for PPC because
I can't get Base to run at all.
