This option is available in Write, but not in Impress (or Draw etc. for that matter). To check: Tools -> Customize... -> Keyboard, Category: Format. If you do this in Write, you find a command "Decrease Font" and one "Reduce Font", but if you do the same in Impress or Draw, these commands are not available in the list. Thanks for your help!
